Heather is part of the business development and marketing team and manages external communication channels and initiatives to raise the profile of Hirschler in the community. She also develops internal events and projects to support the firm and its attorneys.
Heather has more than two decades of experience working in sales and marketing, event planning and client service. Prior to Hirschler, she led the sales team at WayForth and before that, Heather was the director of events at The Commonwealth Club.

Heather grew up in Minnesota and attended Marquette University in Milwaukee. After completing a year of service with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps in Mobile, she landed in Chicago where she started her career in fundraising at The Field Museum. Heather credits her Midwestern roots for her practical nature, work ethic and love of beer. Now in Richmond for almost 20 years, she considers herself a semi-Southerner.
Heather enjoys exploring different culinary cultures through travel and finds ways to incorporate that into entertaining her friends and family. In addition to being a foodie, she’s an avid dog lover and has fostered more than 100 since moving to Richmond. Her dog, Barney, continues to be the most tolerant foster brother around.
