Overview
Toviya is an associate within the firm’s business section. Toviya has experience working on a number of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, investment management, and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Hirschler, Toviya was a law clerk at the Office of the Fredericksburg Commonwealth's Attorney and the International Rescue Committee in Richmond, Virginia. Prior to law school, Toviya served as an AmeriCorps member in Northern Virginia.

Although Toviya and her family hail from Uganda, Virginia is her home. Growing up in Fairfax, VA and Fredericksburg, VA, Toviya was able to experience two great regions of the Commonwealth and all they had to offer. Toviya now lives in Richmond, VA. In her spare time, Toviya enjoys reading, attempting new vegan recipes, and spending time with friends and family.
