ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

Great opportunity for an experienced, administrative coordinator to join our growing Richmond team.  This newly created position will provide administrative and project support to the Executive Director and Directors in the Administrative Departments of the firm which will include marketing, human resources, legal recruiting, IT, finance and office services.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • College degree or comparative work experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; experience working with other database/technology platforms helpful.
  • Demonstrated superior communications skills, both verbal and written and the ability to work across the organization.
  • Must fully understand and comply with confidentiality principles and exercise discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently, exercising judgment, adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
