EMPLOYMENT LAW ASSOCIATE
Hirschler, a multispecialty law firm headquartered in Virginia, is seeking a transactional associate to work with our business and employment law practice groups.
Candidates should have 3 – 6 years of strong employment law experience with a focus on assisting privately-held companies with employment matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts such as employment agreements, separation agreements and restrictive covenants, and advising employers on employment policies, handbooks and legal compliance. Although this position will focus on employment counseling, experience in employment investigations and dispute resolution would be welcomed.
Our ideal candidate has strong academic credentials, analytical skills, a positive attitude, and regional or national law firm experience. Position may be based in any of our offices: Richmond, Tysons or Fredericksburg. Employment opportunity is immediate.
