Hirschler is pleased to recognize investment management partner Ed Klees who has just completed his three-year term as chair of the Institutional Investors Committee of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section.
As chair, Ed worked with approximately 320 members and 11 subcommittees and task forces, whose areas of expertise ranged from alternative investments to compliance, brokerage and banking. Under his leadership, the Committee has sponsored or co-sponsored 24 CLE programs, held Committee and subcommittee members at the Section’s Fall, Spring and Annual Meetings, produced a webinar series, and more.
In a letter to the firm, Vickie O. Tucker, the current chair of the ABA Business Law Section, states, “Business clients and others in your organization will benefit from the many contributions made by Ed, both individually and through his leadership of the Institutional Investors Committee.
