Sarah provides corporate and business-related legal services to closely-held companies and individuals. Her experience includes general corporate law, international law and trust and estate work.
While in law school, Sarah served on the University of Richmond Law Review and Trial Advocacy Boards, as well as the Board of Richmond Women’s Law, acting as a liaison for the Metro Richmond Women’s Bar Association. During her final year, Sarah studied abroad at Maastricht University Faculty of Law, where she studied law and economics and learned the legal intricacies of the World Trade Organization, international dispute resolution bodies and international intellectual property treaties.
Prior to joining Hirschler, Sarah gained valuable experience in the University of Richmond International Business Practice, where she developed strategies for a publicly-traded company’s expansion into Latin America. Her legal experience also includes serving as a summer law clerk to the Honorable David J. Novak, Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court and interning at a local trust and estate firm. Sarah also participated in the summer clerk program at Hirschler in 2018.
