Overview
Evan's practices focuses on business disputes, dispute avoidance and litigation. He advises clients on a wide range of legal concerns, including employment law, business torts, and business and real estate disputes.
Evan graduated summa cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law. While in law school, he served on the University of Richmond Law Review, as well as the Moot Court, Trial Advocacy and Alternative Dispute Resolution Boards.
Prior to joining Hirschler, Evan gained valuable litigation experience interning for the Honorable Henry E. Hudson of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and as a summer clerk at Hirschler.
