Drawing on the collective experience of the Hirschler team, Jack is able to offer comprehensive legal advice to clients in a wide range of industries.
Jack’s practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate transactions and related business considerations. He has experience in acquisitions, sales, development and CRE leasing, loan portfolio transactions and CC&Rs.
Assisted an investment fund in the acquisition of several shopping centers in the Southeast.
Assisted lenders in issuing construction loans.
Assisted in the sale-leaseback of a hospital.
Helped develop an incident management program and business continuity plan for a fortune 500 biopharmaceutical company.

Jack has yet to play a sport he doesn’t enjoy. At age 10, his baseball team won a little league state championship. Shortly after, he turned his focus to soccer. He captained his high school soccer team to the State Finals and in went on to play club soccer with the Richmond Strikers US Developmental Academy team for three years. He currently participates in a league soccer team and in his free time, plays pickup basketball, softball and tennis.
While studying abroad in Switzerland, Jack managed to obtain 24 credits and traveled to 14 different countries - all in a single semester! Among his favorite travel excursions: Prague, Barcelona and Scotland.
These days, Jack devotes some of his free time to the family farm outside of Fredericksburg, Virginia, where he is helping his father start a vineyard.
