Jules’ maintains a dynamic multistate practice involving transactional real estate work and associated zoning and permitting, with an emphasis on representing large companies operating in the telecommunications and health care sectors.  Because his clients pursue multiple site goals concurrently, he is accustomed to managing a high volume of work.

For much of his career, Jules has advised clients on real estate and land use matters.  Prior to joining Hirschler, Jules was a project manager for a regional site development consulting firm, where he oversaw real estate and zoning teams who obtained property interests and land use entitlements for their clients’ wireless site deployment projects. In addition to his consultant work, he maintained his own law practice, advising clients on real estate, family law, business formation and operation and Social Security Disability matters.



Represented national and regional wireless carriers by negotiating ground space, rooftop space and other necessary leases and easements with property owners.

Managed various matters related to acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets.

Represented wireless carriers with respect to obtaining use permits and other zoning approvals related to site plans, erosion and sediment control, storm water management and entrance permits, building and trade permits as necessary.
