Kristen has provided marketing and business development support to lawyers and law firms for more than 17 years. She began her legal marketing career at Hunton & Williams LLP, overseeing the development and production of external marketing communications across 18 offices. At Hunton for more than a decade and then McGuireWoods, Kristen contributed to a wide range of strategic initiatives, among them: domestic and international office openings; strategic alliances and partnerships; law firm combinations and lateral onboarding; client service campaigns and website development.

As chief marketing officer at Hirschler, Kristen collaborates with lawyers to implement strategies aimed at enhancing visibility and positioning the firm among its competitors. In addition to leading business development and public relations efforts, she maintains the firm’s marketing infrastructure to include brand management, internal and external communications and marketing technology.

When not supporting the talented lawyers at Hirschler, Kristen is busy keeping up with two young daughters. In her limited downtime, she enjoys barre classes and watching Netflix with husband Richard. In 2018, the family welcomed Chet, a Brittany spaniel, to their brood.

A die-hard grammarian, Kristen is as quick with an oven mitt as she is with a red pen.  Her Sunday baking ritual lasts two hours and yields nearly six dozen cookies – half of which she shares with her beloved colleagues on Monday mornings.
