"As a business attorney, I take pride in listening carefully, planning strategically, and doing everything in my power to help my clients' goals become reality."
Sid’s practice focuses on commercial leasing and real estate transactions. He routinely drafts commercial leases and their amendments, renewals, assignments, and termination agreements for retail spaces and shopping centers. Additionally, Sid handles loan documents for multi-million dollar real estate acquisitions, constructions, and developments, purchase and sale agreements, and prepares closing documents assisted in closings for commercial real estate acquisition, sale and lending transactions.
While in law school, Sid served as the Managing Justice for Moot Court and member of the National Security Law Journal, and represented George Mason University School of Law at the Alternative Dispute Resolution Regional Competition. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Rossie D. Alston, Jr. of the Court of Appeals of Virginia.
Prior to joining Hirschler, Sid practiced at Reed Smith and Nichols Zauzig Sandler in Northern Virginia.
Beyond the Law
Beyond the Law
When Sid is out of the office, you can usually find him on the tennis court. He loves to watch and play tennis since he was a kid. He played on the high school varsity team, and started teaching tennis in college.
He is also always rooting for his UVA WaHoos. He especially loves the UVA basketball team (no matter how many heart attacks they provide) and probably owns every possible UVA gear from the 2019 National Championship. If he isn’t in Northern Virginia, you can probably find him in Charlottesville enjoying a sporting event or eating some delicious food on the Lawn.
He is also a big fan of craft beers and brews his own beers and kombucha at home.
