As executive director, Stephanie oversees the firm’s finance, information technology, marketing and business development, human resources and administrative functions. She also assists the senior management team with developing and implementing the firm’s strategic plan.
Stephanie has more than 30 years of extensive managerial and leadership experience within professional service organizations. Prior to joining Hirschler, she served as chief operating officer at Sulloway & Hollis, PLLC in Concord, New Hampshire. Prior to her role with Sulloway, Stephanie spent 13 years as the executive director of mid-Sized Boston firm, Hemenway & Barnes, LLP.
Stephanie has been an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators and has held a number of leadership positions with the Boston Chapter and the International Association. Additionally, she has been an active community volunteer, most recently holding Board positions with Crisis Center of Central New Hampshire, Healing Abuse Working for Change and Creative Life Foundation.

Beyond the Law
Outside the office, Stephanie enjoys jumping on her paddleboard or kayak, and sailing away with her husband from time to time. Her other passions include outdoor cycling, indoor Peloton and antiquing.
Now empty nesters, Stephanie and her husband also enjoy traveling to visit and explore new sites with their two accomplished children.
