Tyler's practice focuses on investment management. Tyler has experience in drafting, revising, and reviewing the state's contracts, including investment management agreements, vendor contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
Prior to joining Hirschler, Tyler served as a member of the regulatory and legal team for the Investment Department of the Virginia Retirement System, a Virginia state governmental agency.
Tyler received his bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and his law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law.

A native of York County in the Hampton Roads area, Tyler now lives Henrico County. When not advising clients, Tyler enjoys time with his family and friends and cheering for his alma maters’ sports teams.
