Overview

“Having worked in a multilateral development bank on both upstream and downstream financing transactions, I have unique insight into what clients on both sides of the table value in their legal advisers. I draw on this experience to provide the highest quality service tailored to individual client’s needs.”

Zee is an associate within the firm’s investment management section and her practice focuses on advising institutional investors on their investments in private investment funds.

Prior to joining Hirschler, Zee practiced as an attorney for the World Bank Legal Development Finance Practice Group where she advised internal and external clients on a spectrum of legal and policy issues concerning the formation, day-to-day affairs, and winding-up of major trust funds and financial intermediary funds, and prior to that, at the World Bank Legal Africa and MENA Regional Practice Group where she advised clients on legal issues concerning downstream financing transactions and assisted in negotiating legal agreements with government ministries.

She also served as a law clerk for the Supreme Court of Virginia.
