"Be flexible and open to opportunities you didn’t envision initially. When I came out of law school, I don’t know if I could imagine myself where I am today, but things evolve and you have to evolve with them. It’s important to stay flexible and not assume your career has to fit a certain trajectory."

Tysons Office Managing Partner Justine Fitzgerald was recently featured in Law.com's "How I Made It" series, where she discusses the experiences that shaped her career and the leadership principles that continue to guide her today.

Throughout the interview, Justine shares insights on building a successful legal career, developing future leaders, navigating change in the legal industry, and why remaining flexible and open to new opportunities is essential for long-term success. She also discusses the growing role of artificial intelligence in legal practice and Hirschler's continued focus on cultivating talent and preserving its collaborative culture.
