Overview
“Behind every winning legal strategy is precise, purposeful communication. Communication is therefore not just a courtesy—it can transform challenges into victories.”
Tom’s practice is informed by experience from inside and outside of the courtroom. Before joining Hirschler, he represented industry-leading surety and construction companies in complex actions and investigations, including False Claims Act matters, regulatory compliance, and prime-subcontractor disputes. Tom’s current practice encompasses similar matters and more, in which he continues to develop legal strategies, which are rooted in rigorous research and analysis.
Earlier in his career, Tom served as a judicial intern with the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, where he gained valuable insight into courtroom procedure and judicial decision-making. This experience, combined with his work in private practice, equips Tom to deliver informed, strategic advocacy for clients facing high-stakes legal issues.
