Administrative Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented administrative professional to support our leadership team. This full-time, in-person position is based in our Richmond office and partners with leaders across human resources, IT, professional development, accounting, operations, marketing and business development.
Responsibilities include coordinating calendars, meetings, and logistics; preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications; supporting conference center operations; placing office supply orders; processing check requests and expense reports; planning and coordination of internal firm events; and serving as a data steward for the firm's CRM system.
Candidate must demonstrate a positive representation of Hirschler’s commitment to client service and must exhibit the desire to be an essential part of a busy firm as a team player.
Skills/Qualifications:
- College degree or comparative work experience.
- Must demonstrate outstanding written, oral and interpersonal skills. Must be able to interact with all levels of attorneys, leadership, directors, staff, as well as external vendors.
- Demonstrated technology proficiency. Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and familiarity working with a CRM and desktop publishing (i.e., Canva) preferred.
- Develop and maintain data entry standards; ability to execute data imports and exports to support marketing list management.
- Must demonstrate a strong commitment to service excellence and teamwork and must possess the highest standards of ethical conduct and professionalism.
- Must fully understand and comply with confidentiality principles and exercise discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Individual must be detail oriented, highly organized with strong project management skills, possessing an ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and exercise excellent judgement.
- Position may require extended sitting and physical labor for conference center coverage and event set up, when needed.
