Corporate Associate – M&A
Hirschler, a dynamic, multispecialty law firm headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking an experienced associate to join our Chambers-rated Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Business Services Groups. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative team that works with private equity firms and other private company parties in a variety of capital transactions across the United States and internationally.
About the Role:
As a member of our M&A practice, you will work closely with clients and colleagues on a broad range of corporate transactions with direct client contact and meaningful responsibility for negotiations, including national and international M&A transactions.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A minimum of 3 years of transactional experience, with a focus on M&A, general corporate work and experience working with privately held companies
- Strong analytical skills and positive attitude; finance and private equity experience is a plus
- Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset
- Admission to practice in Virginia
