John Walk Presents During Boyd-Graves Conference On Revision Of Virginia’s Statutes On Orders of Publication

On October 4-5, 2019, John Walk will present at the Boyd-Graves Conference regarding the recommendations of a study committee regarding revision of Virginia's statutes on Orders of Publication.

The Boyd-Graves Conference was created by Thomas V. Monahan, a former VBA president. He believed that civil practice in Virginia would be improved if lawyers with different types of practices, from all regions of the state, would meet and attempt to reach consensus about ways to improve the law.
