Kelly Bundy joined other construction law leaders for the ABA Construction Law Forum's plenary session "Where Does the Construction Stand: A Candid Conversation with Industry Leaders about Inclusion, Diversity & Professionalism". This panelists discussed the results of inclusion and diversity efforts, the negative effects of eroding professionalism in business and the law, the historic barriers various segments of the industry face to achieving inclusion and diversity and ways the industry has and will continue to address inclusion, diversity, and professionalism challenges head-on.The group, led by Kristen Kubes, included Linda Klein (Baker Donelson) , Emily Grandstaff-Rice (Arrowstreet Inc.), Laura O'Neill Kaumo (American Council of Engineering Companies) and Brynn Huneke (Associated Contractors of America). All shared powerful insights and offered construction industry professionals a playbook for bringing D&I to their firms and businesses.
