Hirschler is pleased to announce the relocation of its Tysons office to a 12,200 square-foot space at 1676 International Drive. This new office will provide additional space for the firm’s continued growth in the market, as well as collaborative features and upgraded amenities. Launched in 2016, after a merger with Leach Travell, Hirschler’s Tysons office has grown to 17 attorneys. This relocation is part of the firm’s strategic growth to service clients throughout the northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. region.

The new space provides an opportunity for growth, as well as collaboration areas, including “huddle space” and a bright café for employees. Tenants at 1676 International Drive also have access to a wide range of amenities, including a state-of-the-art workout facility and use of the building’s many meeting and entertainment venues.

Hirschler will take occupancy of the space beginning November 21, 2022.
Involved in the transactions were landlord and property manager Brandywine, construction professionals from Bognet Construction, architects from Form Architects, brokers from Savills and interior solutions provider MOI. Justine Fitzgerald, who regularly counsels clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, was also involved in negotiating the lease on Hirschler’s behalf.
