Stacey Rose Harris has been recognized as one of Virginia Lawyers Weekly’s 2026 Influential Women of Law honorees. The annual program celebrates women across Virginia who are making significant contributions to the legal profession and their communities through leadership, service, and professional excellence.

Stacey was honored for her nearly 20-year career in commercial litigation, where she has built a reputation as a trusted advocate and strategic problem-solver. Her practice focuses on complex business disputes, including contract matters, business torts, and defamation law, and she regularly represents clients across a wide range of industries in both state and federal courts. Over the course of her career, she has secured jury verdicts, arbitration awards, and favorable settlements in high-stakes matters.

In addition to her litigation practice, Stacey is deeply committed to service within the profession and her community. She previously served two terms as an elected member of Bar Council, the governing body of the Virginia State Bar, representing the 18th Judicial Circuit. She also regularly provides pro bono representation through organizations such as the Fairfax Bar Association’s Neighborhood Outreach Program, the Northern Virginia Pro Bono Law Center, and Legal Services of Northern Virginia’s Consumer Law Clinic. Fluent in Spanish, Stacey has used her language skills to help expand access to legal services for underserved members of the Fairfax County community.

The 2026 Influential Women of Law program honored 38 women from across the Commonwealth whose work continues to shape Virginia’s legal landscape.
