Alex represents clients across a variety of industries, including construction, healthcare, insurance, retail and hospitality, IT, and government contracts. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced as an associate with Moore, Christoff & Siddiqui, focusing on commercial litigation and trademark, copyright, and trade secrets litigation. In addition to his litigation and dispute resolution practice, Alex assists his business clients with trademark prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

- Obtained temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction on behalf of corporation against former director in case involving claims of breach of fiduciary duty and trade secrets misappropriation.
- Represented AI sales platform company in trade secrets dispute where former VP of Sales was alleged to have misappropriated trade secrets prior to moving to competitor, resulting in favorable settlement and VP of Sales’ termination of employment with competing company.
- Represented first-tier subcontractor in payment dispute with a second-tier subcontractor and materials supplier on a public contract for construction of a fire station.
- Counsel for homeowners in consumer arbitration before the American Arbitration Association involving contract dispute.
- Counsel for government contractor in restrictive covenant litigation involving breach of confidentiality and non-solicitation agreements.
- Defended travel agency against airline in federal court involving Lanham Act, trademark, and unfair competition claims, and fraud and civil RICO claims.
- Represented medical spa and its owner in civil action against former COO involving claims of fraud, conversion, and breach of fiduciary duty.
- Successfully obtained trademark registrations on behalf of clients before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and cheering on his sports teams (Washington Commanders, Washington Nationals, Washington Capitals, and his South Carolina Gamecocks). Having bartended for a year prior to law school, he also loves exploring new restaurants throughout Northern Virginia and Washington, DC.
