Working closely with our attorneys and practice groups, Selena leads firmwide business development initiatives across local, regional, and national markets. She is particularly passionate about problem-solving, supporting strategic growth, and connecting people with the resources and opportunities they need to succeed, both within the firm and throughout the broader community. Prior to joining Hirschler, Selena was the director of marketing and business development at another of Virginia’s largest law firms.
Earlier in her career, Selena spent nearly a decade living in Tokyo, Japan, where she founded a business providing private healthcare consulting services to English-speaking families from six continents.

With a blended family that includes five young adult children, Selena is always either preparing for them to return home during school breaks or traveling to see them.
