Stephanie works with attorneys at every stage of their careers to help them grow, thrive, and deliver great work for our clients. She partners with firm leadership and key committees to design training programs, build mentoring relationships, and create onboarding experiences that set people up for success. Whether she's helping someone chart their career path, work through feedback, or figure out their next move, Stephanie focuses on what matters: supporting attorneys in ways that align with both their professional goals and the firm's vision.
With decades of experience in the legal industry, Stephanie brings deep expertise in professional development, performance management, and program design. She's passionate about helping attorneys reach their full potential and understands how the demands of practicing law shift and evolve throughout a career—from those first years as an associate through partnership and beyond.
Prior to joining Hirschler, Stephanie served as the director of attorney training and professional development at McGuireWoods. Throughout her career, she has been driven by a commitment to continuous learning and organizational growth, and she takes pride in creating thoughtful, results-oriented programs that bring out the best in individuals and teams.

When not spending time with her two children and husband, Stephanie is a lover of classical music, musical theatre, and travel. She is actively working on her Italian language skills and continuing to strive for a headstand in yoga.
