As talent acquisition manager, Wynne leads firmwide recruiting, onboarding, and integration efforts across all levels of attorneys and professional staff. She works closely with firm leadership to design and execute innovative strategies that attract and retain top legal talent aligned with Hirschler’s goals and culture.
Wynne brings nearly 30 years of experience in talent acquisition, most recently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead at CapTech. She has experience in building and leading college recruiting programs as well as extensive experience in full life cycle recruiting for a variety of mid- and senior-level positions. Working closely with law schools and our recruiting committee, Wynne also plays a key role in the summer associate program to connect future attorneys with opportunities and experiences that showcase the firm's culture and commitment to professional development.

Outside the office, Wynne enjoys catching live music shows, traveling, and discovering great restaurants. She’s a former distance runner who has completed 5 marathons and a 50k, but these days she sticks to shorter runs, CrossFit, and yoga to stay active. A true animal lover, she never misses a chance to stop and pet a dog along the way.
