Laura Lee Garrett To Present To Richmond Property Owners Association On Short Term Rental Real Estate 

On May 14, Laura Lee Garrett will join the Richmond Property Owners Association for a presentation entitled "Airbnb and Other Short Term Rentals: Real Estate in the Shared Economy." In her presentation, Laura will discuss short term rental of real estate; overview, history and trends in Airbnb, VRBO and other short term rentals; short term rentals vs. long term rentals; status of regulation of SRTs in Henrico, Chesterfield and Richmond; and the City's proposed regulations highlights.
