Litigation Practice Group Leader John Walk will present on revisions to Rule 3:19 at the annual Boyd Graves Conference, October 7-8, 2022 in Staunton, Virginia.

John has chaired a study committee on notice default judgments and will present the committee’s formal recommendations on revisions at this year’s conference.
