Dominion Speedway Project Highlighted in Richmond Times-Dispatch

In May 2013, Hirschler Fleischer partner Charlie Payne helped client Dominion Speedway obtain approval on its rezoning application and special- use permit from Spotsylvania County. To the delight of Dominon Raceway Holdings developers Steve Britt and Jerry Evans, work will soon begin on the 160-acre motor sports and entertainment complex along Interstate 95 near Thornburg.
