Overview
“My experience across several industries has taught me that every business faces unique challenges. I aim to build relationships grounded in trust and deliver clear, practical guidance tailored to each client’s objectives.”
Blair brings a diverse legal and professional background to her practice in the business section. She first joined Hirschler as a summer associate and worked on a variety of transactional matters while developing her client counseling skills. Blair also served as a judicial intern with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, where she assisted in drafting opinions and gained firsthand exposure to civil and criminal proceedings.
While at Washington and Lee University School of Law, Blair honed her legal research, writing, and advocacy skills as a research assistant to two professors and a student attorney in the Tax Clinic. In the clinic, she represented low-income taxpayers in post-filing controversies with the IRS and the Virginia Department of Taxation.
Before law school, Blair spent nearly a decade working in e-commerce content management for major national retailers and in labor market research and recruitment marketing for an advertising agency serving Fortune 500 employers. Her experience strengthened her ability to understand business objectives, distill complex information, and communicate guidance effectively.

Beyond the Law
A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Blair is a born-and-bred Tar Heel who has adopted Richmond as her home. Outside of the office, she enjoys oil painting, puzzles, interior design, and spending time with her husband and two dogs. She also loves hosting and cooking for friends and family; as an avid baker, she takes every opportunity to perfect her ma’amoul cookie recipe and share the results.
