Overview
“Effective advocacy begins with understanding each client’s goal, and developing a path forward that addresses both their immediate needs and long-term strategy.”
Daniel represents clients in construction disputes and advises them on matters arising throughout the life cycle of a project. His experience includes representing general contractors, subcontractors, and property owners in contract and lien matters, construction defect claims, payment disputes and other project-related issues.
Daniel also brings broader civil and commercial litigation experience to his practice. He has represented businesses and individuals in complex commercial disputes and other matters before Virginia state and federal courts and has experience advising businesses on the drafting, negotiation and enforcement of commercial contracts.
Having grown up working in his family’s logistics business, Daniel developed an early appreciation for clear communication, attention to detail and practical problem-solving. He brings that perspective to his legal practice, working to understand his clients’ business objectives and identify effective solutions to complex disputes.
