Overview
“The law is more than just rules and rhetoric. With meticulous attention to detail, calculated decision-making, and poise, it becomes a beautifully intricate tool — one I use to design a clear path toward each client’s own unique goals."
Daniel’s practice in the litigation section builds on his prior experiences in both private practice and the judiciary. Previously he served as a law intern with Overbey, Hawkins, Wright & Vance, PLLC, a judicial intern with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia, and as a summer associate with Hirschler. These roles provide him with insight into courtroom proceedings, client advocacy, and the collaborative environment of firm practice.
