Eileen Grlica is a seasoned commercial real estate paralegal with over 25 years of experience managing a wide array of complex transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing. She brings experience from FutureLaw II, LLC, as well as prior roles with Bon Secours Mercy Health, Verizon, Genworth Financial, and Hunton & Williams. Specializing in conducting thorough due diligence and meticulously review of title and survey documents, Eileen coordinates with lenders, title companies and outside counsel to ensure seamless and efficient closings. A key strength is her ability to draft and negotiate complex documents such as purchase and sale, option and lease agreements as well as amendments, memorandums and closing documents.

Eileen strives to consistently provide sophisticated support to attorneys and delivers exceptional service to clients throughout the entire lifecycle of a commercial real estate deal.

Outside of the office, Eileen enjoys spending time with her family, her many interior design projects and her alone time at the gym.
