Overview
“My focus is making the legal landscape approachable and transparent—giving clients the insight they need to move forward with confidence and clarity.”
Emma's practice builds on diverse legal and legislative experience across multiple sectors. She initially came to Hirschler as a summer associate where she developed her litigation and client counseling skills. Her background also includes a judicial internship with the Supreme Court of Virginia, where she gained invaluable insight into appellate practice and judicial decision-making. Earlier in her career, Emma worked as a legal assistant at Baronian & Associates, P.C., and as a legislative assistant with the Virginia Indigent Defense Commission, where she contributed to policy development affecting indigent defense across the Commonwealth. She also completed a summer internship with McGuire Woods, further broadening her exposure to various practice areas.
These roles provided her with broad exposure to both private practice and public service, and valuable insight into the workings of Virginia’s legal system.
