Kimberly's practice focuses on commercial disputes and litigation. She advises business and individuals in a wide range of disputes.

Prior to joining Hirschler, Kimberly served as a summer judicial intern for the Hon. M. Hannah Lauck, U.S. District Court Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia and as an extern with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia. She also worked as a summer associate with Hirschler. Before attending law school, Kimberly worked as a senior paralegal in the United States Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Fraud Section in Washington D.C.

Kimberly grew up in the Richmond area. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active by taking Pilates and barre classes and relaxing by reading new books and listening to comedy podcasts.
