Overview
"Helping clients solve problems that feel overwhelming to find a path forward is the most rewarding aspect of my work."
Sarah brings more than 15 years of experience supporting attorneys and clients in business law matters, including corporate governance, business filings, trademark matters, and regulatory compliance.
Before joining Hirschler, Sarah spent a decade at a Virginia-based law firm providing legal support related to corporate and intellectual property matters. Her experience includes preparing and filing corporate documents with state agencies, managing annual business filings for hundreds of entities, coordinating state and federal trademark applications and renewals, conducting legal research, and helping clients maintain compliance with filing deadlines and reporting requirements.
Earlier in her career, Sarah worked in a firm dedicated to large-scale claims administration, where she held a variety of roles. She supervised claims review teams, implemented quality control measures, managed program operations, and helped facilitate the distribution of multimillion-dollar settlement funds.
