Overview

“Every client has a unique goal.  My role is to understand their vision, provide thoughtful strategic guidance, and build a lasting partnership along the way.”

Skylee brings a multifaceted perspective to Hirschler’s real estate section, shaped by experience in private practice, in-house, and the judiciary. Her connection to the firm began as a summer associate, when collaborating with attorneys across practices sparked her enthusiasm for real estate. She further developed this interest during an in-house externship at Capital One, where she focused on retail leasing. During law school, Skylee served as a judicial intern with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, gaining firsthand insight into the federal judicial process.

Before law school, Skylee conducted title research, prepared estate planning documents, and gained exposure to court proceedings and client advocacy. This work sharpened her legal research, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex matters, providing a strong foundation for her developing real estate practice.

Outside of the office, Skylee enjoys running, walking around the Museum District in Richmond, and playing with her two cats, Pancake and Grits. She completed the Allianz Richmond Marathon in 2024 and is currently training to cross the starting line again in 2026.
