Carrie O'Malley Moderated "Coffee and Conversation with Local DC Developers" at the Kayo Women's Real Estate Summit

On April 23, Carrie O'Malley moderated a panel discussion titled “Coffee and Conversation with Local Developers” featuring Combined Properties, Inc.’s Kathy Bonnafe, Urban Atlantic’s Caroline Kenney, Cityline Partners’ Donna Shafer, The Rockefeller Group’s Hilary Goldfarb, and Aimco Apartment Homes’ Kelly Nagel. Panelists shared insights on projects in the DC market and updates on capital raising, pricing, upcoming projects, and outlook on trends and key risk facing developers in 2018 and beyond. Carrie and Hirschler Tysons partner Kristen Burgers also hosted a round table discussion on PACE.
