Andy Sherrod Participates as Panelist for VBA Annual Meeting Seminar on the Expanded Jurisdiction of the Virginia Court of Appeals

On January 20, 2022, litigation and employment partner Andy Sherrod was a panelist at the Virginia Bar Association’s 123^rd Annual Meeting. Sherrod and his fellow panelists discussed the new right to appeal in civil cases in Virginia that came into effect on January 1, 2022 and how it may impact Virginia civil litigation and trial practice going forward. The seminar was entitled, “How will the expanded jurisdiction of the Court of Appeals impact litigation in Virginia?”
