Larry Katz, Kristen Burgers, and David Swan to Speak at the 2023 ABI Mid-Atlantic Bankruptcy Workshop

Three members of the Tysons bankruptcy group have been selected to speak at the 2023 ABI-Mid-Atlantic Bankruptcy Workshop to be held from August 7-9 in Bedford, Pennsylvania. Larry Katz will moderate a panel on “Hot Topics in Subchapter V”; Kristen Burgers is a member of the “Practical Skills” panel; and David Swan is a member of the “Bankruptcy Appeals” panel. This is the first time that Hirschler has had three attorneys presenting at the ABI Mid-Atlantic.
