On Thursday, April 16, Hirschler land use partner Jeff Geiger convinced the Hanover County Planning Commission to recommend approval of two medical office buildings proposed by client Stanley Shield.
Stanley Shield plans to build the two new medical office buildings adjacent to Memorial Regional Medical Center. In the face of tight deadlines for construction of the projects and challenges presented by the pandemic shutdown, Jeff was able to keep the case on track.
