Charlie Payne Discusses sPower’s Partnership with The Community Foundation before Spotsylvania County Board

Solar energy company SPower is building a 500-megawatt solar facility in western Spotsylvania and announced August 19 that it will partner with local nonprofit foundation, The Community Foundation, to distribute $25 million throughout the county. The funds will go to public ventures to benefit schools, public safety, parks utilities and renewable energy.
