In an article published in the April issue of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) Journal, Hirschler bankruptcy attorneys Britt Falabella and Allison Klena explain why detailed time entries are a best practice for lawyers who want to get paid.  Published as part of the Journal’s “Building Blocks” series, which offers tips and best practices for new bankruptcy attorneys, the article points out that while most firms will have standard forms for fee application, new attorneys can benefit from understanding the laws that affect the court’s analysis and the practices that lead to easy approval.
