As the firm's director of billing and collection services, Tracy's responsibilities include managing the cash cycle of the firm, ensuring timely invoicing and management of accounts receivable.
Tracy has more 20 years of experience with enterprise billing and collections. Prior to joining Hirschler, she worked in the accounting department of Markel Corporation in Richmond, Virginia.

The biggest accomplishment Tracy boasts about is being a mom to her son, Jamie. When she’s not at the office, she can be found watching her son play baseball or perhaps playing with her two dogs. Traveling and family time are always on the agenda!
