With a background in land use planning, Elizabeth brings an understanding of zoning, permitting, and development processes. Working collaboratively with attorneys, she performs code research, analyzes complex regulations and offers solutions that advance clients’ goals. By streamlining land use challenges and ensuring compliance, she helps attorneys build stronger cases and deliver successful outcomes for clients.
Prior to joining Hirschler, Elizabeth worked for Spotsylvania County as a Planner within their Planning & Zoning Department.

Elizabeth is a proud Spotsylvania native! When Elizabeth is not working, she enjoys playing soccer (once a collegiate athlete, always a collegiate athlete), spending time with her family, watching reality tv, and traveling.
