Nothing validates a lawyer’s relationship with his or her client more than repeat business. Hirschler partner Mike Terry has been closing commercial loans with commercial banker Dave Howard for decades – since the 1980s. In addition to a long friendship, they have established a high level of trust.  

When TowneBank arrived in Richmond in 2015, Regional President Pat Collins assembled a team of seasoned commercial lending professionals, including Dave, Kevin Laing, Matthew Scott and Chad Harcum – more great friends with a history of trust in Hirschler. 

Mike, Kevin Muldowney, Allie Casagrande and Brandt Stitzer know it is their job to build that trust with every transaction. It’s a balancing act. No matter how complex the loan, the Hirschler team ensures it is executed accurately, efficiently and on time.  Emulating the bank’s customer service focus, the team is responsive to the borrower’s concerns, while providing the bank with the utmost protection.
