Jamie Canup Appointed to Municipal Fund Securities Advisory Group

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB), which regulates the municipal markets and has oversight over the sale of municipal securities, has appointed Hirschler partner Jamie Canup to its Municipal Fund Securities Advisory Group. 

The advisory group provides input to the MSRB on municipal market rules, practices, transparency and education related to 529 plans and ABLE programs.
