Hirschler Team Assists Rappahannock Area Community Services Board (RASCB) with Major Acquisition

Hirschler lawyers John McManus and Kristin Shields assisted longtime Hirschler client Rappahannock Area Community Service Board (RACSB) with its acquisition of the Roxbury Garden Center in Fredericksburg.

For nearly 50 years, RACSB has served individuals in the Greater Fredericksburg community, offering support to thousands of individuals with behavioral health or developmental concerns and their families.

The new space will help RACSB meet current needs and expand outpatient services and primary care screenings.
