On September 11, Robbie Westermann participated in a panel discussion, "Pre-Petition Chapter 11 Planning from Debtor, Trade Creditor, and Secured Lender Viewpoints," at the 35th Annual Mid-Atlantic Institute on Bankruptcy and Reorganization Practice. His co-panelists included Peter J. Barrett, Esq. Michael D. Mueller, Esq.
The Mid-Atlantic Institute on Bankruptcy and Reorganization Practice is the region’s premier Advanced Bankruptcy Law program, offering instruction from a talented assembly of bankruptcy judges and practitioners. While COVID-19 concerns prevented the program from occurring at the Boar’s Head Resort in Charlottesville, this year’s institute was held virtually.
