Congratulations to Kelly Bundy who has been selected to co-chair the ABA Construction Law Forum 2022 Regional Programs.

A BIG job with lots of moving parts and pieces, the role of chair is shouldered by two, high-achieving lawyers – in this case, Kelly and Sara Kornblatt, an attorney from Gibbs Giden in Los Angeles.  Over the course of the next year, Kelly and Sara will work with Governing Committee Liaison Tracy James from Hamilton Stephens Steele + Martin in Charlotte to select dates and locations for the full-day programs (which will take place on the same day in 4-6 cities throughout the country), prepare all program materials, recruit speakers and facilitate all planning with on-site coordinators.

The Forum on Construction Law is the largest organization of Construction lawyers in the United States and the world.  The Forum draws members from all types of Construction practices – large and small law firms, solo practitioners, in-house and government lawyers, as well as construction professionals and the public sector.  Forum members represent all segments of the Construction industry:  owners, developers, design professionals, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, construction managers, lenders, insurers and sureties.

Kelly’s new role as regional programs co-chair follows her selection as a Forum diversity fellow in 2018 and regular attendance at Forum meetings. Kelly is a regular contributor to Hirschler’s Construction Law Blog.
